UPDATE: The sales tax passed by a 55-45 margin. Wow. I’ll write more later; for now I am simply relieved.

Congrats to our friend Travis Mowers, who ran his first marathon today in Springfield – the Bass Pro Marathon. We’re not sure of the official time but it was somewhere in the neighborhood of four hours. We cheered for him at three or four places along the route.
